oviamarket.shop offers free returns for all eligible returns. You will not be charged return shipping fees for qualifying return requests.

Refund Processing Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your returned merchandise, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days. Refunds will be issued back to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require extra time to post the funds to your account, which is outside of our control.

Non-Refundable Cases
